Voor kinderen van 0 t/m 8 jaar - de leeftijd van het kind op moment van inschrijving geldt

Graag vóór inschrijving eerst zorgvuldig de instructies voor het inschrijven en cadeaukeuze lezen, dit om foute aanmeldingen te vermijden!

**** In verband met de Corona maatregelen zal het Sinterklaas evenement dit jaar anders zijn dan gewend. Helaas dit jaar geen groot feest, maar we willen wel iets leuks voor de kinderen doen. Er zullen tijdsvakken zijn van 15 minuten waarin kleine groepjes worden ingedeeld, hierin kan je met je kind(eren) langskomen om het gekozen cadeau op te halen en een extraatje. LET OP: Per gezin mag maar 1 begeleider/ouder mee, dus niet met het hele gezin. In de loop van november zal er een mail gestuurd worden in welk tijdvak je geplaatst bent, kom aub dus ook in dit tijdvak zodat alles soepel kan verlopen. Meer informatie zal volgen per email. ****

Instructies:

Kies uit deze lijst de top 3 cadeautjes voor je kind. Het nummer staat boven het cadeau. Mocht de 1e optie niet beschikbaar zijn dan zal de 2e of desnoods 3e optie worden gekozen.

Tijdens het inschrijven zet u bij OPMERKINGEN:

Naam van het kind (kunnen meerdere zijn, beide noemen als gezinslid bij de inschrijving), en daarachter het nummer van de cadeautjes. Vermeld daarnaast de desbetreffende begeleider die meegaat, er mag maar 1 begeleider mee per gezin ivm beperkte ruimte met de Corona maatregelen.

Voorbeeld:

Jan: keuze1: cadeau 12; keuze2: cadeau 3; keuze3: cadeau 5

Marie: keuze1: cadeau 22; keuze2: cadeau 8; keuze3: cadeau 30

De cadeaus worden ingekocht bij Intertoys, en bij elk cadeau staat ook een link naar de website om meer details etc. te vinden.

*** Due to the Corona virus this event will be different from what we're used to. Unfortunately there won't be a very big event, but we still want to do something fun for the children. There will be time slots of 15 minutes in which we will ask small groups of people where you can come by with your children to pick up the chosen gift. PLEASE NOTE: Per family only 1 parent / supervisor is allowed to come with the children, don't bring the whole family. In the beginning of November we will send an email stating in what time slot you've been placed, please make sure you come in time so that everything can go smoothly. More information will follow per email. ***

Instructions

From the list pick the top 3 gifts for your child / children. The number of the gift is mentioned above. Should the first option not be available anymore, we will opt for the second or if needed the third choice.

When subscribing put at the REMARKS:

- Name of the child / children, and the number of the gifts. Also write down which parent / supervisor will join the children to pick up the gifts on the day of the event - due to Corona regulations we have little space.

Example:

Jan: choice1: gift 12; choice2: gift 16; choice 3: gift 31

Emma: choice1: gift 15; choice2: gift 1; choice 3: gift 25

Dad Klaas will guide the children.

 

Gifts will be purchased via Intertoys, and with every gift there is a link to the website where you can find more details.
