Na een uitgebreide evaluatie van het PV bestuur met de Raad van Toezicht, OA vertegenwoordigers, PV beheer en Ondernemingsraad (OR) is vastgesteld dat wij als PV in grote mate afhankelijk zijn van vrijwilligers en dat de belasting op deze vrijwilligers te groot is. Dit is een risico voor de organisatie.

Om dit risico aan te pakken is er met bovengenoemde partijen gewerkt aan maatregelen om dit risico zoveel mogelijk in te perken met als doel de PV toekomst bestendig te maken. Deze maatregelen zullen tijdens de ALV besproken en toegelicht worden en waar nodig zal de ALV om toestemming gevraagd worden om deze te implementeren. Een van de maatregelen die direct van invloed is op de leden van de PV is een verhoging van de contributie.

Naast de activiteiten om de PV toekomst bestendig te maken loopt er ook een project om de Ledenadministratie, Webwinkel en Website een complete facelift te geven. De implementatie van dit project maakt het ook nodig om aanpassingen te maken aan het huishoudelijk reglement van de PV. Ook is er voor de PV-CO een nieuw huishoudelijk reglement gemaakt die de beslissing van de ALV van 22-feb-2024 om ANBI en SBBI instellingen te supporteren vast te leggen. Beide reglementen moeten goedgekeurd worden door de ALV.

After an extensive evaluation of the PV board with the Supervisory Board, OA representatives, PV management and Works Council (OR), it was determined that we as PV are largely dependent on volunteers and that the burden on these volunteers is too great. This is a risk for the organization.

In order to address this risk, measures have been worked on with the above-mentioned parties to limit this risk as much as possible with the aim of making the PV future-proof. These measures will be discussed and explained during the ALV and, where necessary, the ALV will be asked for permission to implement them. One of the measures that directly affects the members of the PV is an increase in the contribution.

In addition to the activities to make the PV future-proof, there is also a project underway to give the Membership Administration, Webshop and Website a complete facelift. The implementation of this project also makes it necessary to make adjustments to the PV's internal regulations. Also, a new set of rules has been created for the PV-CO, which records th decision of the AGM of 22-Feb-2024 to support ANBI and SBBI institutions. Both rules must be approved by the ALV.
